  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship within the U.S. only. Orders are shipped out in fully recyclable packing materials on Mondays and Fridays. Depending on what time your order is placed it may be shipped out on the next shipping date.
  • How much is shipping?
    Most orders have a flat shipping rate of $8.75. Kits have a flat shipping rate of $20.00
  • How should your products be stored?
    All of our products are considered to be shelf-stable, meaning that they are able to be stored for long periods of time without spoiling. As a precaution, however, we recommend you store your package in a cool, dry place, especially after opening. Keep away from heat as heat will degrade the supplements.
  • What is the return policy?
    At this time we do not accept returns. If you have a concern or issue with any of our products, please send us a message. We will be happy to provide usage assistance and discuss all your options with you.
  • Where are your products from?
    The bulk of our mushrooms are grown in house so that we can control the quality, care, and energy that goes into them. Occasionally we will outsource mushrooms from our local farmers markets, local vendors, or local trusted forest foragers.
